Elsie-Vinemaple RFPD is a public department whose members are entirely volunteer.  In service since 1969, we currently operate out of 3 fire stations throughout the district.  Our vehicles include four engines, two water tenders, two quick-response vehicles, and one rescue vehicle. We respond to an average of  about 200 calls per year, the majority of which are motor vehicle accidents. We are also dispatched to numerous calls for medical services, and for fires of all types.  We protect approximately 1,600 residents.
