REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Elsie-Vinemaple Rural Fire Protection District is seeking proposals from firms for Structural Engineering, Architectural Design, and Project Management services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Fire Station 1 in Seaside, Oregon. The District received a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant for the project through the Infrastructure Finance Authority: Business Oregon. The intent of this RFQ is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the project. RFQ documents are available by request by email from Rob Davis, Fire Chief, at elsiefirechief@gmail.com. Proposals must be received electronically by the District no later than August 25th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Published [8/5/2025].
